Account Manager
Overview of Role

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager is responsible for delivering
best-in-class service to build, maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients. This will involve serving as the ‘go to’ contact to manage client accounts, while actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to maximise revenue growth and retention.

In order to do well in this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing client relationships and an understanding of the energy sector would be advantageous. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable liaising with client accounts & suppliers to deliver seamless service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact to develop long-term partnerships that ensure client satisfaction & business growth.
  • Hold regular account management meetings and calls with clients, managing inputs and outputs as required to ensure deliverables agreed are managed through to implementation.
  • Lead and own all post sales activities for your assigned clients, ensuring all clients are successfully onboarded and nurtured throughout the duration of their contract.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system by accurately tracking customer interactions, tickets, and meeting notes to support seamless account management and service delivery.
