Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager is responsible for delivering
best-in-class service to build, maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients. This will involve serving as the ‘go to’ contact to manage client accounts, while actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to maximise revenue growth and retention.
In order to do well in this role, you will need to have proven experience in managing client relationships and an understanding of the energy sector would be advantageous. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be comfortable liaising with client accounts & suppliers to deliver seamless service delivery.
